I am an award-winning and Michelin-trained executive chef with over 16 years of experience, now running an event and catering company with my husband Paul and along with our fantastic team.
Executive Chef Lin Calcraft is an award-winning chef with a coveted Acorn Award. Having previously honed her skills training at the Michelin Star Hotel, The Castle in Taunton and won the coverted Acorn Award while serving as Head Chef at Hix Oyster and Fish House in Lyme Regis, Dorset.
